Last week the 360 crew loaded up and headed north to New York! We were accompanied by Black Creek Sports, our hunting blind distributor for that region. The job was a 360 hunting blind setup and installation for Ray Reeves at Genesis Wildlife Group. The kind of day where the work gets done and nobody's checking the clock.
If you've ever met Ray, you know the man doesn't do anything halfway. He's got stories for days, he's genuinely excited about the ground he hunts, and by mid-morning it felt less like a job site and more like a bunch of buddies working on a project together.
We set up a 5ft tower stand on a trailer kit. This combination is hard to beat, getting you up off the ground where you can see, and you can still move the whole rig whenever you want. Hook it to a four-wheeler, pull it out to your spot, drop the jacks, and you're set for the season. If the deer change patterns on you and late season has you wanting a different plot, it's no trouble at all to put the 360 right where you need it.
Ray went with archery windows all the way around. This means he's got a full 360º view to work with, no blind spots, no wishing he'd have done it different come October. We're looking forward to seeing him and his team hunt out of it this fall and to sharing some footage from inside.
We've got 360 dealers all over the country. If you've been thinking about a blind, head to our Find a Dealer page, punch in your zip code, and somebody near you can answer your questions and get you squared away before fall!
