A couple of weeks ago, our team had the opportunity to set up a 360 Pro in Potter County, Pennsylvania, for Derek Newcomer and his family. This fall, Derek will be hunting this spot alongside his father and his son. Three generations sharing the same piece of ground.
The location for the blind was no accident. Over the years, Derek and his family have observed heavy deer traffic through this area, making it a natural spot for the 360 Pro. Now, with the blind in place, they're looking forward to seeing what the upcoming season brings.
Derek has also played an important role here at 360 Hunting Blinds over the past several years. As a consultant and coach to our leadership team, he introduced us to EOS, the Entrepreneurial Operating System, and has helped us implement its principles throughout our business. Our leadership team meets with Derek regularly to work through business growth, objectives, goal setting, and overall management.
